  2. 2Standard Sub Price: A standard subscription costs approximately $4.99 USD/month (~170–180 THB). The streamer receives approximately $4.74 USD per subscription.
  3. 3Monetization Eligibility: Streamers must accumulate at least 5 streaming hours and reach 75 Followers to unlock the Stripe Connect setup button in the Creator Dashboard.

Solving Mobile Sub Pain Points with Direct Sub Links

  1. 1Why can't mobile viewers subscribe inside the KICK app? Apple (App Store) and Google (Play Store) enforce a 15%–30% in-app purchase fee. To preserve the 95/5 model, KICK restricts subscriptions to web browsers only.

Connect Your Thai Bank Account via Stripe Connect

  1. 1Go to dashboard.kick.com/revenue and click Set Up Account (or Enable Subscriptions). The Stripe Connect window will open.
  2. 2Country: Select Thailand.
  3. 3Type of Entity: Select Individual / Sole Proprietorship (individual streamer).
  4. 4Personal Info (CRITICAL): Enter your English first and last name exactly matching your bank passbook and national ID card. Mismatched English spellings are the #1 reason Thai streamer payouts fail.
  5. 5Bank Details: Select your Thai bank, input your Account Number and the bank's Swift Code.
  6. 6KYC Verification: Upload a clear photo of your Thai National ID card or Passport (no glare, all text readable) → click Submit.
  7. 7Payout Schedule: KICK and Stripe automatically transfer funds to your Thai bank on the 1st and 15th of every month. Minimum payout threshold: $25 USD.

English name mismatch = payout failure. Check your bank passbook for the exact English spelling of your name. Enter it identically into Stripe Connect — even a single character difference can cause the transfer to be rejected.

If Stripe Verification Fails — How to Fix and Re-verify

  1. 1Log in to Stripe: Go to dashboard.stripe.com/login — you'll be redirected to connect.stripe.com/app/express, KICK's Stripe Express Dashboard, automatically.
  2. 2Important: You must use the same email you used to sign up for your KICK account.
  3. 3Once in, open the Settings menu and check these 5 spots:
  4. 41. Account Details: Display Name must be set in English.
  5. 52. Business Details: Type / Location must be Thailand.
  6. 63. Tax Forms → W-8/W-9 (click Edit Personal Details): Legal Name must be in English, matching exactly your national ID card or passport.
  7. 74. Current Residential Address: Address Country must be Thailand.
  8. 85. Payout Details: Bank Account must be a Thai bank account.
  9. 9If verification passes: You'll receive an email titled "Your identity has been verified!" — Stripe has approved your account and you're ready to receive payouts.

If your details are wrong or the Country / Region doesn't match (e.g. it's stuck on the wrong country and won't let you edit it), you can't change the country yourself. You'll need to contact KICK Support to reset your account so you can sign up again — email support@kick.com.

How Viewers Use TrueMoney Wallet to Subscribe on KICK

  1. 1The Problem: KICK web subscriptions require an international credit/debit card. Thai viewers without traditional credit cards can use TrueMoney Wallet's Virtual Mastercard.
  2. 2Step 1 — Generate TrueMoney Mastercard (Viewer side):
  3. 3Open TrueMoney app → tap Me → select TrueMoney Mastercard (or Virtual Card menu)
  4. 4Tap Create Card → enter English name → confirm. The app instantly generates a 16-digit card number, expiration date, and CVV.
  5. 5Step 2 — Subscribe on KICK:
  6. 6Open the Direct Sub link via mobile or desktop browser: https://kick.com/[username]/subscribe
  7. 7Select Credit / Debit Card at checkout, enter the 16-digit TrueMoney card number, expiry, and CVV to complete payment (deducted instantly from TrueWallet balance).

Set Up PromptPay Donations via EasyDonate (100% Revenue)

  1. 1Register on EasyDonate: Visit easydonate.app and sign in using your Discord or Google account.
  2. 2Configure Payout & PromptPay Details: Navigate to Payout / Payment Settings → enter your legal name matching your bank account → link your PromptPay phone number or Thai bank account to receive funds directly.

Yes. Thai viewers can open the TrueMoney Wallet app, generate a virtual TrueMoney Mastercard (16-digit card number + CVV), and use those card details to subscribe via web browser.

What do I do if Stripe verification fails?

A

Most failures come from incomplete or mismatched details in Settings. Go to dashboard.stripe.com/login with the same email you used for KICK → Settings → check 5 spots: Account Details (English name), Business Details (Thailand), W-8/W-9 Legal Name (English, matching your ID), Current Residential Address (Thailand), and Payout Details (Thai bank account). If the Country field is stuck and won't let you edit it, contact support@kick.com to have your account reset.
